No — Meadow works from the photos already on your phone, just as they are. The organizing and the analysis happen on your device wherever possible, and anything that does go to the cloud is only there to do something you asked for, like sending a book to print.

That is the quiet beauty of working this way: there is no second copy of your library to store, so Meadow takes up very little extra space on your phone. No long first-time upload, no waiting for thousands of photos to sync before you can make anything.

Yes, with one small step first. Meadow reads your Photos library, so anything living somewhere else — a message thread, an email, a scan, a camera or an SD card, another cloud app — needs saving to Photos before Meadow can see it. Once it is there it behaves like any other photo, and Meadow will file it into the right album for you.

A Photobook is printed and shipped to you. A Photosite is a private web page for an album, which you share with a link. A Photozine is a digital magazine-style edition of an album you can download and send.

Pick an album, choose a theme, and Meadow publishes it as its own private page with a link you control. The people you send the link to can browse the album in a browser — no app, no account, no sign-up. Every Photosite is also password protected, so the link alone is not enough: viewers enter the password you set and share.

Photosites are unlisted and not indexed by search engines. You can turn one off at any time, and the link stops working.

Not in the first release, though it is one of the things people ask us for most. Shared albums, where everyone who was there can add their own photos, are coming in a future version.

There is an easy workaround in the meantime: ask them to send you their photos, save them to your Photos app, and they will show up in Meadow ready to drop into the right album alongside your own.

Email care@mymeadow.app within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we will reprint the book and send the replacement at no charge. Printing defects and shipping damage are on us, not you, and there is nothing to send back.

Yes, as many as you like. Once an album is laid out, ordering extra copies takes a tap — which is what most people do for grandparents, wedding guests, and memorial books.

Of course. Cancel whenever you like, in the app or by emailing care@mymeadow.app, and you keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period. Your albums and photos stay yours either way, and nothing you have already made stops working.

If you spot a comparable Photobook — same size, page count, and paper — for less somewhere else, send us the link at care@mymeadow.app. If you have already ordered, we will rebate the difference to your original payment method within 14 days of your purchase. If you would rather be sure first, hold off on ordering until we have confirmed the match. No forms, no hoops.

No, never. We do not use your photos or videos to train third-party artificial-intelligence models, and we do not sell them or hand them to advertisers or data brokers. They are your memories, not our material.

Yes, whenever you want. Delete a single album, a keepsake, or your whole account — and deleting your account clears your library out of our systems, subject to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

Only people you give the link and the password to. Every Photosite is password protected, so someone who stumbles onto the link still cannot see your photos. Photosites are also unlisted, are not indexed by search engines, and can be switched off at any time.
